About Guiva, Inc

Grenadians United in Virginia Inc., was formed in 1996 in response to the growing call for assistance by our sick and dying friends in Grenada. The purpose for which this organization was formed is to lend support to the health services in Grenada, in particular the Hospital and ancillary institutions. As Grenadians and friends of Grendians, we understand the importance of having a reliable and dependable health care system. As an organization we are passionate about aiding with the improvement of Grenada’s health care system and in the process giving back and uplifting our community. In 1997, Grenadians United in Virginia Inc., was determined exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Service Code as an organization described in section 501(c) (3). This means we are a publicly supported organization not a private foundation.
